    Clarification on the difference between corrective and preventative action? For crying out loud, how many attempts do you need to clarify something so bleeding simple?

    ... and then they develop half a dozen criteria for the boardroom that allow auditors behave like they are John Harvey Jones. What exactly is the process approach top "Top Management" anyway? This is what you get when you allow management system standards to be developed by (ex) inspectors, auditors, welders and engineers

    We are also an ISO 2001. I think it's very long procedure to certificate ISO.
