    I am concern in this system since I implemented Toyota Way starting from changing push to pull system in my area.

    I need to increase my knowledge of Toyota Way
    such as Training, Ergonomic lay out, heijunka
    from planning schedule to actual production

    could you give me example to do training like
    Heijunka, Ergonomic ,kaizen

  • That's interesting, I can see now why Toyota is so well oriented towards the future, it has great visions and principles, I couldn't expect less from it. This article has been a treat as it helped me understand more about Toyota and this is important if I decide for Toyota auto parts.
